A. Rogacki, Vice President Operations/AIMS

Mr. Rogacki has been extensively involved in many aspects of the
public entity and commercial insurance industry for Aegis Corporation
since 1993. As Vice President of Operations/AIMS, he works closely with surplus
lines insurance, providing clients with a unique approach to their
individual insurance needs.
Most recently, he has been responsible for helping develop the Owner
Direct Insurance Purchase (ODIP) program for worker’s compensation and
general liability insurance for Wisconsin county construction projects.
He, along with Vance Forrest, is responsible for the marketing, safety
program development and implementation of the ODIP for the Wisconsin
County Mutual Insurance Corporation.
Previous duties included working as an Account Manager and focusing
on handling insurance placements to the development of new insurance
programs. Additionally, he was involved in maintaining and developing
relations with insurance companies and insurance brokers throughout the
country, as well as performing insurance policy and needs analysis for
clients. He worked with county elected officials, management and
employees to minimize loss ratios through hands-on training and
risk-management program development.
Mr. Rogacki also served as a Loss Control Consultant for 26 Wisconsin
counties in the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation. His
services included providing safety and loss control programming that
addressed liability, worker’s compensation and property insurance,
development and training seminars and loss analysis reports.
Mr. Rogacki has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University
Wisconsin at Platteville.
Peggy
Shonkwiler, Assistant Vice President AIMS

Ms. Shonkwiler works to locate surplus lines and reinsurance products
for clients. She helps to identify the needs of clients and find
products that meet their needs in the most cost-effective manner. She
also works with the Owner Direct Insurance Purchase (ODIP) program and
will act as a Contractor Liaison for administrative services, as well as
be responsible for all correspondence related to bid response, policy
issuance and audit procedures.
Ms. Shonkwiler has been with Aegis Corporation since 1994. Prior, she
was involved in a commercial insurance agency in Indiana.

Reinke, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Reinke handles peripheral coverages for counties, as well as provides administrative support to American Insurance Marketing Services. In addition, she works on the Owner Direct Insurance Purchase (ODIP) program and is responsible for all correspondence that relates to policy issuance. She is a licensed Wisconsin Intermediary and has been with Aegis since 1996.
