As Senior Vice President of Claims and Litigation, Mr. Bisek's primary responsibilities include the oversight of eleven
personnel, management of litigated files, and reporting to the clients.
Mr. Bisek works closely with the over 30 defense firms utilized by clients through established litigation management guidelines,
including monitoring significant deadlines, interaction and discussion of potential defense strategies, authorizing the use of
experts and relaying case progress to the Claims Committees.
By monitoring the work of his staff, he confirms the accuracy of data, monitors reserve and diary data, acts as a resource,
monitoring reports, and relays the directives of the Claims Committees regarding investigation and settlement.
He is also responsible for reporting to the clients' Boards of Directors on claims and litigation, including making
recommendations on settlement, strategy and payment of legal bills.
Mr. Bisek has been with Aegis Corporation since its inception in 1992 and has nearly 20 years experience in claims and litigation
management. He has an educational background in Paralegalism. He holds an Associates in Claims (AIC) designation through the
Insurance Institute of American and is also a Casualty Claims Law Associate (CCLA) through the American Educational Institute,
Inc. He is currently anticipating the completion of a Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA).
Sheila
Mishich, Claims Supervisor, Paralegal

Ms. Mishich is the Claims Supervisor and oversees the activities of several larger branch offices of third-party claims
administrators and addresses the claims and litigation management needs of various clients.
With Aegis Corporation since 1997, she has nearly 15 years experience in the legal field, working previously for Schmidt,
Martz & Smith, S.C. Ms. Mishich has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Additionally, she attended the Center for Legal Technology and also holds a Paralegal Certificate. Ms. Mishich is also a licensed
Wisconsin intermediary.
Brian Knee, Claims
Consultant

Mr. Knee assists with the management of the third party administrators and attorneys working on claims and lawsuits with
the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation and American Insurance Marketing Solutions. In addition, he assists with the
administration of the Workers' Compensation program for the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation and handles claims
within that program.
Mr. Knee has over 10 years of loss control and multi-line insurance claims experience, most recently with Crawford and
Company. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and has been with Aegis Corporation since
2001.
Barbara Hanger, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Hanger provides support to the Claims/Litigation management Department and works with the Wisconsin County Mutual
Insurance Corporation and American Insurance Marketing Solutions and its school programs. She has been with Aegis Corporation
since 2008.
Cristin Fieber, Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Ms. Fieber works with the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation and Community Insurance Corporation reviewing
workers' compensation claims within these programs. She has been with Aegis Corporation since 2002.
Kimberly Balistrieri, Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Kimberly Balestrieri, Medical Claims Examiner, Kimberly has over two years experience in handling Workers' Compensation
medical claims with CNA, and over three and one-half years experience performing such functions as Health Unit Coordinator and
Patient Services Associate at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital. She is fluent in medical terminology and understands the interplay
between insurance and medical care.
Jeff Grip, Resident Claims Adjuster

Jeff Grip, Field Claims Representative, has over 30 years of experience as an Adjuster in Charge, managing his own office
with Crawford and Company in Wausau, Wisconsin. Mr. Grip has worked with the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation since
1988 effectively handling claims in all areas of property and casualty against Wisconsin's counties, municipalities and school
districts.
Mr. Grip has a degree in Economics with a Business minor. He is trained as a multi-line adjuster, having attended casualty
and property training schools. He is past president and a current member of the Wisconsin River Valley Claims Association.
Ryan Anderson, Resident Claims Adjuster

Ryan Anderson is a skilled Field Claims Adjuster with four years experience as a multi-line adjuster with Crawford and
Company in Madison, Wisconsin. During his entire tenure with Crawford and Company he handled the property and casualty claims
files of the Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation. Mr. Anderson was appointed Adjuster-in-Charge of Crawford-Madison
prior to joining the Aegis Corporation claims staff.
John Dominski, Resident Claims Adjuster

John Dominski, Field Claims Representative, has nearly 30 years of experience with Wausau Insurance Companies in
northwestern Wisconsin is a skilled Field Claims Adjuster. Mr. Dominski has experience working with a claims unit at Wausau
Insurance dedicated to the handling of claims from school districts and municipalities. In addition, he has experience in all
areas of property and casualty claims.
Mr. Dominski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, as well as an Associate in Claims (AIC) and
Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) designations.
