voice in the nation's capital. More than six decades later, NACo continues to ensure that the nation's 3,069 counties
are heard and understood in the White House and the halls of Congress. NACo's membership totals nearly
1,800 counties, representing over 85 percent of the nation's population. League of Wisconsin Municipalities The League of Wisconsin Municipalities is a not-for-profit
association of municipalities. First established in 1898, the League
acts as an information clearinghouse, lobbying organization and legal
resource for Wisconsin municipalities. Its membership consists of
374 villages and all of the 189 cities in the state.Wisconsin Counties Association The Wisconsin Counties Association (WCA) is an
association of county governments in the State of Wisconsin.
Since its formation in 1935, WCA has been committed to the
"protection of county interests and the furtherance of
better county government."

Association of Minnesota Counties The Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) is a voluntary state-wide organization of Minnesota Counties which helps
to provide effective county governance to the people of Minnesota. All 87 Minnesota counties are currently members of
the Association. Michigan Association of Counties The MAC Service Corporation, established in 1986, provides services to
MAC member counties through development and maintenance of programs
that serve to enhance county employee benefit packages and to provide
counties with alternative avenues for generating funds. The Service
Corporation is overseen by a five-member Board of Directors, which meets
regularly to discuss the progress of existing programs and possible future
programs.
