Aegis Corporation Announces Personnel Promotion 
Nicholas Dillon Named Director of Education & Risk Services

Brookfield, Wis.-Aegis Corporation, which provides a broad base of insurance programs and services designed specifically for public entity clients, announced today that Nicholas Dillon has been named Director of Education & Risk Services for the company.

Wurtz, Aegis Corporation President. “The promotion of Mr. Dillon to this newly created position is one more step we are taking to keep education a number one priority for our clients and to empower them to practice solid risk management. He is an outstanding individual and we believe his experience and expertise with public entities make him a perfect fit for this position.”

As a part Aegis Corporation’s Loss Control Department, Mr. Dillon’s new duties include working with the company’s loss control systems to ensure their effectiveness, as well as creating new systems that will provide the company with the most efficient way to service clients.

He will also manage the continuing education function for Aegis Corporation and assist loss control representatives with resource information when it comes to servicing clients.

Mr. Dillon joined Aegis Corporation in 2003 as a Worker’s Compensation Claims Consultant. He has over 15 years experience in the claims and risk management profession; working for over four years with the City of Milwaukee’s Department of Public Works.

As a certified instructor for the State of Wisconsin Technical College System, Mr. Dillon works as a Risk Management Instructor for Waukesha County Technical College and is also an instructor for Marquette University, of which he is an alumnus. He has had the opportunity to speak at national conferences, including the National Safety Congress/Exposition and the World Safety Conference. He also recently completed his graduate studies in “Adult Education & Distance Learning” at the University of Phoenix and plans to start his Doctorate in the fall of 2006.
